Caffeine-free tea to reduce cortisol

The original Cortisol Evening Tea is a calming blend of relaxing nervines like Skullcap and Oatstraw with Ashwagandha and Nettles, two herbs that have been shown in studies to reduce cortisol levels in the body.

We also added Dandelion root to support the liver and digestion while your body sleeps.

The flavor is fresh, green, and grassy. We recommend sipping on Cortisol Evening Tea at the end of the day to help your body unwind and recover from the stresses of the day. This herbs in the tea will help your body get ready for sleep. It's completely caffeine free, so you can enjoy it any time of the day or night.

Please note that we made another tea called Cortisol Daytime Tea. The difference between the two teas is that the Daytime version is made with both adaptogens (which can be energizing) and nervines, while the Evening blend focuses more on nervines. The two teas have completely different flavor profiles; the Daytime version is light and lemony, and the Evening blend is fresh and grassy. The two teas are complementary.

Riley A. ★★★★★

I was skeptical that a tea could actually help me wind down, but drinking a cup about an hour before bed has noticeably quieted my racing thoughts. The ashwagandha and nettles blend is earthy without being bitter, and I've slept through the night three days in a row now.

I've been sipping this about an hour before bed for two weeks now and my evening wind-down actually feels different—my shoulders drop, my brain stops racing. The ashwagandha and nettles combo gives it a mild earthy taste that's grown on me, and knowing it's caffeine-free means I don't worry about it

Skullcap and oatstraw usually make me sleepy, but this blend with ashwagandha feels genuinely grounding without any grogginess. I’ve been sipping it about an hour before bed and my evening cortisol spikes feel noticeably quieter. It’s become the part of my wind-down ritual I actually look forward to
